Artwork Descriptions and Pricing

We make every effort to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our artworks. However, please note that colors, dimensions, and other characteristics may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of our artworks. Each artwork is a unique creation by Andrea Salas, inspired by the beauty of dark and emotional landscapes. The prices displayed on the website include product taxes and shipping taxes.

Ordering Process

To purchase an artwork from Caracola Art Studio, please follow these steps:

a. Select the artwork you wish to purchase and click on the “Add to Cart” button.

b. Review the items in your cart, including the quantities and total price, and click on the “Checkout” button.

c. Provide the required shipping and billing information accurately.

d. Select your preferred payment method (iDeal, credit or debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer) and complete the payment process.

e. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Please note that your order is subject to availability. If an artwork is no longer available, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options or process a refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping for our artworks. Please note the following details regarding the shipping and delivery process:

  • Original Paintings: Each original painting is carefully packaged and dispatched from our studio in the Netherlands. Andrea Salas personally signs each original painting, adding a special touch to the artwork. We take great care in ensuring that your artwork is protected during shipment to ensure it arrives safely.

  • Fine Art Prints: Fine Art Prints are dispatched from the Netherlands or the United Kingdom, depending on the specific print provider. Each Fine Art Print is limited to 10 prints per artwork, ensuring their authenticity and originality. They are accompanied by a digitally signed certificate of authenticity.

  • Art Board Prints: Art Board Prints are dispatched from the United Kingdom. The certificate of authenticity will arrive in a separate letter.

Packaging and Handling

We understand the importance of ensuring that your artwork arrives in pristine condition. Our artworks are carefully packaged and protected during shipment to safeguard against damage. We use industry-standard packaging materials to provide secure and reliable packaging solutions.

Artwork Authenticity

We take pride in the authenticity and originality of our artworks. Each Fine Art Print is limited to a maximum of 10 prints per artwork. This ensures the exclusivity and uniqueness of each piece. We guarantee that we will not sell any additional prints beyond this limit, preserving the authenticity and value of your artwork.

Care and Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and preservation of your purchased artwork, we recommend following proper care and maintenance guidelines. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to care for your artwork, including tips on display, cleaning, and storage.
