FAQ Ordering & Payment

You can purchase artwork from Caracola Art Studio directly through my webshop.

We accept payment through iDeal (within the Netherlands), credit or debit card, and PayPal. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact me via email, and I will provide you with the necessary information.

Caracola Art Studio provides a certificate of authenticity with each artwork to ensure its authenticity and originality. For art prints made in the UK, the certificate will be sent separately via regular post mail.

Yes, Caracola Art Studio’s prints are limited edition, and some may be signed, depending on the artwork.

Yes, discounts are available for the Norway Photo Series. When you purchase 2–3 prints, a 10% discount is applied. For 4–6 prints, a 15% discount is offered, and for 7–9 prints, a 20% discount is provided.

FAQ Processing & Shipping

Once I receive your order, I will send the art prints to our printing partners for processing. The printing process usually takes 3–5 days, allowing sufficient time for fine art prints to dry and be ready for shipping. I will keep you informed about each step of the process through email updates.

Yes, Caracola Art Studio offers free worldwide shipping.

I take great care in packaging and protecting the artworks during shipment. Depending on the size, artworks are securely packaged in either a cardboard box or tube.

The estimated delivery time for international orders is between 10-16 working days. Deliveries within the Netherlands may arrive faster.

I offer a return and refund policy within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide a reason for the return. It is important to note that I am not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. Refunds or returns will only be accepted if the artwork arrives in a damaged or destroyed condition (supported by photographic or video evidence). Please understand that I cannot accept returns due to changes of mind for art prints. For original paintings, we can discuss individual cases to find a suitable solution.
